Stephen Law, J.P.

Stephen Law is the Managing Director of ZhongYi with a focus on private equity investments. Mr. Law is a member of the CPPCC National Committee , the President of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), and an adviser to Ministry of Finance in China.

Prior to joining ZhongYi, Mr. Law was a Managing Director of TPG and a Director of Morningside Group, achieving significant returns for investors in their private equity and venture capital investments. Mr. Law has also had substantial corporate management and development experiences, having served as the Executive Director of MTR Corporation (HK:0066) and held senior positions in the Wheelock Group (HK:0004) and i-Cable (HK:1097).

Mr. Law holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Birmingham and an MBA from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. Mr. Law is a Chartered Accountant of England & Wales, was an Adjunct Professor of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a HKSAR Green Tech Fund Assessment Committee. Mr. Law is also an Independent Non-executive Director of major enterprises including China Everbright Limited, China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd., Keymed Biosciences Inc. and CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited.
