Thomas Tsao

Thomas Tsao is the Executive Director of ZhongYi with a focus on private equity investments. Mr. Tsao has over 20 years of finance, direct investment, and operating experiences. Prior to joining ZhongYi, Mr. Tsao was a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of a Hong Kong based private equity fund with an AUM of more than US$300m, focused on investing in TMT, Healthcare and Consumer sectors. Previously Mr. Tsao was an Executive Director at CCBI principal investment team, a private equity investment professional at TPG and held various senior positions at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Tsao holds an MBA from the HKUST Business School and BCom (Accounting) LLB. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of HKICPA, and member of CPA Australia.
